Hi everyone,
This is the last month of the year. Plan some time to reflect on all the good you have experienced over this last year. What were the joyous moments? When were your peaceful & quiet days? Who were you with when laughter erupted? What triggered your energized days? What made you feel special? When were you relaxed? These special encounters are all rooted in good and goodness. Living every experience with love, grace, and gratitude.
How and where do you think “good or goodness” comes from? Firstly, good begets good. Mathematically, a positive x positive = positive. Secondly, good comes from you. In other words, you can create good that comes your way. Strangely as this may sound, it is the truth! We are in charge of our feelings, thoughts, and ideas. And our feelings, thoughts and ideas influence our experiences. Which in turn also influences the definition of ourselves in the world.

You is Kind, You is Smart, You is Important.
Cherish the life that has been given to you. Be gentle with yourself, and be gentle with others.
Here are some tips to bring/maintain goodness in your life:
- Detox your body and establish healthier eating habits
- Distance yourself from negative people. Who drains you? Who brings you down? Who isn’t supportive? Who is no longer a match?
- Create balance in your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body system
- De-clutter your life. Clean out your closets, and your bathroom. You’ll feel like you have more space to breathe.
- Create more structure in your life, and establish better boundaries.
